NEW! We have recently renovated our online system. This system has the flexibility to allow all participants to view their registration history, register for new courses and print statements of credit all via a secure web site.
If you have not registered for an activity after July 1, 2009 we encourage you to login and create a profile. This will allow for quick registration in the future.
To view your Statements of Credit, registration history, obtain a reciept, or register for a new course login below.

I completed an activity with CPE and my statement of credit is not available online.
Only activities completed after July 1, 2009 will be available online.
To request a duplicate statement of credit for an activity that was completed prior to July 1, 2009 click here. These statements of credit will be issued within 2-3 weeks and will be marked as "Duplicate".
For activities completed after July 1, 2009, you may login and obtain statement(s) of credit by clicking here.
My state board requires that my continuing education courses be submitted. Do you send my records to the state board of pharmacy, or must I?
