Leadership and Fiscal Reality:  Blending Practice Innovation within a Successful Business Model

Financial stability is key to building a successful practice that can persist in serving community needs. In this seminar, you will learn the components of crafting a fiscally viable practice and the tools, systems and resources needed to do so.

Objectives

1. List the factors that lead to defining a successful business model for pharmaceutical care.
2. State important factors in creating organizational “buy in” for developing practice innovation.
3. Assist participants to envision opportunities for developing a fiscally viable practice.
