This year’s Conversations will maintain the theme of motivation, while focusing on core leadership concepts, or the process of leadership. The four-part series is designed to help you:
- assess your individual strengths,
- understand non-positional, grassroots pharmacy leadership and your ability to make a difference every day,
- appreciate the processes of visioning and organizational leadership, and
- examine the steps for leading adaptive change.
The 2008 Conversation series will also be integrated with Leadership Best Sellers for Pharmacists, an online continuing education program that will delve further into the how to of the topics discussed in this series.
