Applying Lab Values in Patient Care
Online Course
July 7- August 18, 2008

Are you being asked to provide more clinical services? Do you see patients with impaired renal function or electrolyte disorders?

During this 6 week, 20 hour, online course you’ll receive over 100 immediate-feedback, practice questions. There’s nothing like real life examples to help you build your skills to better manage fluid and electrolyte disorders!

You can work through the learning materials at your own pace, reviewing readings, listening to audio presentations and working through cases to apply what you’ve learned. Dr. Todd Sorensen will be available to assist you with any questions you have.

In addition to renal function, topics will include fluid and electrolyte homeostasis, specifically Sodium, Albumin, Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium and Phosphorus.
