Let Leadership Best Sellers for Pharmacists help you! This online continuing education program is an outgrowth from the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy's work with students in the new Leadership Emphasis Area http://leadership.pharmacy.umn.edu/College/change.html.
Students participating in leadership seminars from 2002-2006 and the Leading Change course starting in 2007 have been discovering their strengths. With nearly 200 students utilizing the StrengthsFinder® tool, the top five strengths of students are Harmony (83), Achiever (82), Learner (72), Relator (50), and Responsibility (57). What do these strengths mean? How do student's results compare to pharmacists in practice? We'll soon see!
