This conference will provide participants with strategies and tools to develop into the next generation of healthcare leaders! With a focus on gender inequity in leadership, we will explore how women leaders can effectively move masses toward a specific vision in the health care field and address powerful leadership concepts that can be used immediately in your profession.  This conference is designed for health professionals in or pursuing leadership roles.
Conference Learning Objectives 

1. Create a personalized leadership plan that prepares health professionals to be poised to changing environments.
2. Develop a leadership timeline that incorporates vital milestones and goals to a professional development plan.
3. Apply networking and mentorship principles to enhance personal leadership skills and opportunities.

This event will take place in the McNamara Alumni Center, Johnson Great Room. The McNamara Alumni Center, 200 Oak St. SE, is located on the East Bank of the University of Minnesota campus across from Williams Arena and TCF Bank Stadium.
